At DF64 Coffee Grinder, we want you to be completely satisfied with your precision brewing equipment. If your grinder doesn't meet your expectations, we offer a 30-day return policy for unused products in their original packaging.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Contact our support team with your order number and reason for return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

• 2.
  Prepare the Grinder

  Securely pack the DF64 unit, including all original accessories, manuals, and protective foam, into the original shipping box to prevent transit damage.

• 3.
  Ship the Item

  Affix the provided shipping label or use a tracked courier service to send the package back to our designated inspection facility.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once received, our technicians will inspect the grinder for damage; approved returns will be processed for a full refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
